# Location

This year's conference will be held in beautiful and historic New England during the height of the fall foliage season. The conference will be hosted at the [Hilton Garden Inn, Lebanon, NH USA](https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/lebhagi-hilton-garden-inn-hanover-lebanon), with additional hotel rooms available nearby at the [Courtyard by Marriott, Lebanon, NH USA](https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/lebcy-courtyard-hanover-lebanon/overview/).

### Hotel Reservations

Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott in Lebanon, NH have provided room blocks for conference attendees to reserve. Conference rates will be available ~~until **Sunday, August 5**, 2025~~, after which we are unable to guarantee rates and availability.

**Attendees should contact Hilton Garden Inn directly to receive conference rate. The Courtyard by Marriott conference rate will be available until August 31.**

Conference events take place at Hilton Garden Inn, located just steps from the Dartmouth Coach bus station. The Courtyard by Marriott is located approximately 2 miles from the conference venue. Please note that public transportation options are not widely available.
