Hotel Reservations

Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott in Lebanon, NH have provided room blocks for conference attendees to reserve. Conference rates will be available until Sunday, August 10, 2025, after which we are unable to guarantee rates and availability.

Conference events take place at Hilton Garden Inn, located just steps from the Dartmouth Coach bus station. The Courtyard by Marriott is located approximately 2 miles from the conference venue. Please note that public transportation options are not widely available.
