The private facility boasts 583 acres of alpine terrain. The main driving areas include two 300' diameter gravel skid pads and road courses consisting of over fifty different types and combinations of corners, blind crests, and junctions. Course offerings include [rally driving](https://teamoneil.com/rally-school/), [winter driving](https://teamoneil.com/product/winter-safe-driving/) schools, [off-road](https://teamoneil.com/off-road/) driving, and [security courses](https://teamoneil.com/government-overview/) for individuals, private companies, and government agencies. Courses offer educational and recreational experiences appropriate for all abilities.
